1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Shree Shree Vidya Astrology ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our astrology consultation services, whether online or offline.

2. Services Offered

Shree Shree Vidya Astrology provides the following services:

• Vedic Astrology Consultation & Kundali Analysis
• Horoscope Reading & Predictions
• Vastu Shastra Consultation
• Numerology Analysis
• Tarot Card Reading
• Matchmaking & Compatibility Analysis
• Gemstone Recommendation
• Remedial Solutions & Spiritual Guidance

3. Booking & Payment Policy

3.1 Booking Process

Consultations can be booked through our website, WhatsApp, or phone call. You must provide accurate personal information including name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth for accurate astrological analysis.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Consultation fee must be paid in advance to confirm your booking
• We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment confirmation will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp/Email

3.3 Pricing

Current consultation fee is ₹199 for standard consultation. Specialized services may have different pricing which will be communicated before booking.

4. Consultation Policy

4.1 Consultation Modes

• Online Consultation: Available via phone call, WhatsApp chat, or video call
• Offline Consultation: In-person consultation at our office (by appointment only)

4.2 Consultation Duration

Standard consultation duration is approximately 20-30 minutes. Extended consultations may be available at additional cost.

4.3 Consultation Timing

We are available Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekend and holiday consultations may be arranged with prior notice.

4.4 Rescheduling

Clients can reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. Requests made within 24 hours may be subject to availability.

4.5 No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation fee will not be refunded. One complimentary reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

• More than 24 hours before consultation: Full refund (processing may take 5-7 business days)
• Less than 24 hours before consultation: No refund, but one-time rescheduling allowed
• No-show: No refund and no rescheduling

5.2 Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where we need to cancel the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling as per your preference.

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

6.1 Data Collection

We collect personal information including name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, contact details, and consultation details for providing accurate astrological services.

6.2 Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations is strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.

6.3 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6.4 Recording of Consultations

Online consultations may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. You will be notified before any recording begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Nature of Service

Astrological consultations are based on traditional Vedic astrology and are provided for guidance and informational purposes only. They should not be considered as:

• Medical, legal, or financial advice
• Guaranteed predictions or outcomes
• Substitute for professional advice from qualified experts

7.2 Decision Making

You acknowledge that all decisions made based on astrological guidance are your own responsibility. We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from our consultations.

7.3 Remedies & Products

Any gemstones, spiritual products, or remedies recommended are suggestions based on astrological analysis. We do not guarantee specific results from these recommendations.

7.4 Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services of external sites.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shree Shree Vidya Astrology and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
